Isla Mujeres

Isla Mujeres is located on the Caribbean coast, northwest of the Yucatan Peninsula. The marine paradise of Isla Mujeres has contributed greatly to its worldwide reputation as an international tourist destination. In fact, like Playa del Carmen, it is located here on the Mesoamerican coral reef (the second largest coral reef in the world, after Australia).
